TRIP DETAILS

Join us for a weekend of winter fun, including transportation between LI/NY/NJ and Vermont, chef-prepared breakfasts and dinner, and more at our ski lodge in northern Vermont. Guests are welcome.

On the first day, we always go to Sugarbush which is just fifteen minutes away from our lodge. On the second day, we will go to Killington.

What’s included: Just about everything you need except equipment and a lift pass. See our Winter Trip Guide for all the details.

Bus Pickup Locations: Long Island, Manhattan, and Ramsey, NJ.  See Bus Pick Up Location for times and directions, and leave the driving to us!

Lift Tickets & Lessons: Do not purchase any lift tickets or lessons until the final destinations have been confirmed. Reach out to the trip leader using the contact form below for more information

First-time skiers or snowboarders: Miramar will help subsidize first-timer lessons and package costs for you. Visit our Learn to Ski and Snowboard page for details.

Trip Fees: Will be paid by credit card through our online reservation system.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after midnight Friday one week before the trip incur a $100 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the whole trip cost. More info

COVID Information: All eligible trippers must have received all recommended vaccines, including a booster. It is highly recommended that you take a Covid test before the trip. See our full Covid Policy.

Chores: Miramar is 100% volunteer-run. To help keep costs low every tripper helps out during the trip by taking care of a small chore. Most take less than ten minutes to complete and help us keep the trip costs low. A few examples would be: Waking everyone up in the morning, counting everyone on the bus, unloading skis when we arrive at the mountain or preparing our snack bags, cheese, and crackers, for the bus ride home; you would pick one or two to help with.

JOIN OUR FAMILY

Miramar is so much more than just a ski trip.

Miramar is a great place to find like-minded individuals who share your love for skiing and the great outdoors. It’s a rare opportunity to spend real time with real people doing something we all love. We are a tight-knit community where you’ll be surrounded by people who share your interests, passion, and excitement for skiing. This shared love of skiing is what brings members of Miramar together. The thrill and excitement of the slopes is a bonding experience that can last a lifetime, providing you with a community of friends who you can ski and adventure with for years to come.

Come join our family!

The Lodge

The bedrooms at Miramar's lodge are simple, comfortable, and made up with fresh sheets and towels when you arrive. Most are doubles that share a bath with one other room. A few are larger, and there are two dorm rooms that sleep six people so we can accommodate everyone when it's a powder weekend. After skiing and after dinner, our downstairs bar, lounge, fireplace, and dance floor are the place to be.

This is a great club with wonderful people as members as well as in the leadership. The bus is comfortable, the lodge is wonderful, and the skiing is terrific - well, depending on the conditions,

I went on a really great trip with Miramar this last weekend. I loved taking a bus instead of driving, the bus is a party. We skied at Sugarbush Saturday and Killington Sunday. The weekend was inexpensive as ski trips go, included breakfast and dinner, and discounted lift tickets. The people are fun, a mix of members and guests. Highly recommended!

It's truly amazing how easy it is for a NYC skier/snowboarder to get to some of the best slopes in the East with this club. Register for a trip and your transportation, lodging, meals and people to enjoy it with are all taken care of! I've been doing this for years. Try 1 trip and you'll understand.

Went on the the mid week car trip for New Year's Eve. Skied Sugarbush and Mad River Glen. There were freshies to be had in spite of still being in "rock ski" season at Mad River. Lines on the Single Chair weren't bad either. Did the more open glades at both resorts. I tried the side glades off of Paradise at Sugarbush and even though I hit some powder, I also had some very tight spots to get back to the main glade.Nice to have a cold bourbon and a hot fire at the Miramar Lodge when I returned. Good times!

This club is the easiest way to access great skiing from NYC. The trips run like clockwork and everything logistically complicated (driving, cooking, sorting out timing) is taken care of. And the members are super friendly and welcoming. If you live in New York and love to ski, or want to learn to ski, definitely go on a trip with them.
