- Same day bookings are NOT accepted.
- All bookings must be made by 11:59PM the day prior.
- Partial stays on bus trip weekends are not supported.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel your reservation by 11:59 PM EST, two days before your scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged the full amount of the reservation. For example, if your check-in date is Friday, you must cancel by 11:59 PM on Wednesday.
