Guest Deposits

For trips that are 3 nights or more, guests (non-members) must pay a $50 advanced deposit, unless they pay in full at the time of registration (when available).

If you are not paying in full at the time of registration, you can send $50 one of two ways:

  1. Send $50 through PayPal to [email protected] – Identify the guest’s name and dates of the trip
  2. Mail a check for $50 to the trip leader. On the check identify the guest(s)’ name(s) and the dates of the trip

The remaining balance of your trip fee will be collected during the trip, by cash or check only.

The Miramar guest early bird discount offer is paid by check, not by PayPal.  Early Birds mail in full payment two weeks in advance, so for early birds, a $50 deposit is not needed
