Miramar Ski Club Winter Bus Trip Reservation - December 28, 2018 to January 01, 2019
Welcome! Please fill this out when you are ready to sign up to go on the weekend bus trip, 12/28/2018-01/01/2019
In order for information to be registered you must click "Submit" at the end. Once you see the confirmation screen you'll be registered.  

If you are a couple, family, or group you must complete and submit a separate entry for each person.

Trip Prices:
Guest - $570
Miramar Member on bus - $480  or off bus - $345
Child Age 7 to 18 on bus - $310 or off bus - $225
Member child Age 3 to 6 off bus - $90

Non-member guests need to make a $50 deposit.  To send money via PayPal go to: http://miramar.org/guest-deposits/  or you can mail a personal check for $50, payable to Miramar Ski Club, Inc. to the leader's address above.

Miramar members don't need to send a deposit.
